Bowmantown Man Charged with Two Counts of Aggravated Assault | Washington County Sheriff's Office
Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies charged Johnny Slagle, 74 of Telford, with two counts of aggravated assault.
According to Sheriff Keith Sexton, deputies responded to a 911 call early morning on Feb. 10, in the 600 block of Bowmantown Road. Slagle had threatened two occupants of the home with a ball peen hammer and poured gasoline down one hallway. He was smoking a cigarette inside the home when deputies arrived.
Deputies took Slagle into custody and transported him to the Washington County Detention Center. His bond is set at $10,000
