Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mark Littner, 61 of Johnson City, on December 4, and charged him with Aggravated Domestic Assault.
According to Sheriff Keith Sexton, deputies responded to Chatfield Square in Johnson City. The victim stated that Littner had physically assaulted her and fired shots at her vehicle as she attempted to leave the residence. Deputies observed what appeared to be two bullet holes on the driver's side of the victim’s vehicle. Spent shell casings were found between the front door and the driveway.
Littner, who was located inside the home, was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Washington County Detention Center. His bond was set at $50,000 and he is scheduled for arraignment in Session Court at 1:30 p.m. December 5.
