Milligan University sophomore Kolbie Greene has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Setter of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
Greene helped the Buffs to a 3-0 week with four-set victories over Kentucky Christian, Union and Johnson (Tenn.) with all three games played in the Steve Lacy Fieldhouse.
Greene raced up 130 assists over 12 sets of action, good for 10.83 assists per set. She added 46 digs (3.83 digs per set) and notched 13 kills.
Greene recorded a career-best 46 kills in Milligan's 3-1 win over KCU. She had 45 assists and set career highs in kills (7) and digs (27) in the Buffs' triumph over Johnson.
On the season, Greene ranks third in the AAC in assists (633) and fifth in assists per set (8.44). At the service line, her 31 aces rank sixth in the conference.
Milligan travels to AAC leader Bryan tomorrow evening.
