83 percent of applicants to Milligan College were admitted for fall 2018

At Milligan College, 89 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 57 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Milligan College enrolled 1,225 students in fall 2018, including 829 in undergraduate and 396 in graduate programs, data shows. 7 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

71 percent of undergraduates are residents of Tennessee, and 25 percent are residents of other states. 4 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (82 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (5 percent).

The school admitted 83 percent of the 482 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 39 percent enrolled.
