East Tennessee State University’s women’s golf team finished its third tournament of the spring season on March 9, placing seventh overall at the Low Country Intercollegiate in Hilton Head, South Carolina. The Buccaneers posted a team score of 935 (+71), with their best single-round performance coming in the third round at 307 (+19).

The team’s showing marked its second top-10 finish of the season. The standout individual performance came from Piyamanit, who recorded three consecutive rounds of 74 (+2). This consistent play resulted in her highest finish of the season—second place—and represented the most accurate tournament by a Buccaneer golfer this year. Her runner-up placement is also the second-best individual result for ETSU this season, following Gambini’s earlier victory at the Terrier Intercollegiate.

Other notable results included a tie for seventh place and additional finishes within the top 60 among participating individuals. The event featured a field of fifteen teams.

The Buccaneers will next compete at the Houston Lakes Invitational, scheduled for March 29-30 in Perry, Georgia, hosted by Mercer University.
