On Friday, March 14, former Daniel Boone High School standout Megan Ackerman’s current college team, the Tusculum Pioneers, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UVA Wise Cavaliers.

The game took place at Red Edmonds Field. This was their first matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 4:20 p.m. at Red Edmonds Field against UVA Wise Cavaliers.
