On Friday, Feb. 14, former Science Hill High School standout Landon Slemp’s current college team, the Austin Peay Governors, lost 9-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the New Mexico Lobos.

The game took place at Sloan Park. This was their first matchup against the Lobos this season.

The Governors’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick against Seton Hall Pirates.
