On Sunday, March 23, former Greeneville High School standout Ja’Kobi Gillespie’s current collegiate team the Maryland Terrapins won 72-71 against the Colorado State Rams in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.
Hosted in Climate Pledge Arena, this was the first game against the Colorado State Rams during the championship.
Ja’Kobi Gillespie’s hometown is Greeneville and game position is guard.
